Hearing loss in children may cause social isolation and poor communication skills, potentially affecting mental disorders quality of life. aids (HA) provide auditory stimuli that can improve children's speech ability influence their A cross-sectional study three special schools-B (SLB-B) Semarang was carried out. total 82 (7-12 years old) with severe hearing or without were included. Quality life assessed by the Environments Reflection on Life (HEAR-QL) questionnaire. The results showed 48 (58.54%) subjects used aids, 34 (41.46%) did not use aids. average subject's age 10.77±1.56 old. Hearing-aid associated a good (p0.001).
